The benefits of exercise

My son-in-law recently started going to a spa on his lunch hour to work out. He does weight training. He’s been coming home telling me how great he feels now. It extends to his attitude at work where things don’t bother him so much. Even when he gets home, he feels like he wants to do another work out. His enthusiasm is great. I would like to recommend this as an antidote to the fatigue and irritability so many teachers report feeling.
