We see the teacher who has to “know” that students are learning particular items and how they are learning them and that every student is learning at the same pace. Is this method or personality?
We hear constantly about structure. What does structure do? It controls the process. Why control? To control. But why do you need to control? Because you do not trust the students to learn.
So again, we’re at the nub of things: lack of trust.
