It is interesting to note common thought processes among languages. I just noticed that in Urdu the word for “left”, “departed”, ravaanaa, is similar to ravaani, fluent. That made me think of Spanish “soltura”, the word for fluency, deriving from “soltar”, to let go, let loose. The connecting sense is to be let loose and free so as to flow, in this case, of speech.
