When we recall that a young woman could walk the streets of Moscow at 2 in the morning unmolested under the Soviet Regime, we condemn the draconian policing methods that resulted in such spurious security, security bought at the price of justice. We tellingly remark how at least Hitler made the trains run on time, unveiling the banality of evil, the smug acceptance of atrocity to achieve efficiency.
But how often do we look at our own policing procedures in that light? How many towns in America have been kept secure for White people by giving the police carte blanche in dealing with Black people? It is completely documented and completely ignored.
