How to forgive – an on-going & painful exploration

A guest pastor choked up when he spoke of the door he hoped the father of the prodigal son left open for the angry other son. So many of us in our lives have doors we should walk through or doors we wish others would walk through. The open door allows us to repent and thus to be forgiven and to forgive. You cannot be forgiven if you don’t forgive, nor can you forgive if you are not forgiven. Now let George Bush try and say that. (I guess I have not forgiven)
