New, intense program

After being on a program for several months where I did each muscle group in rotation, covering about 5 or 6 days with body weight exercises on days in between, so it took me about 10 days to go through the whole circuit.
Last week I changed. I found at the end of each chapter devoted to a muscle group in Men’s Health Big Book of Exercises an intense program. So I set up my program to the intense program. I’ve been through it at least once and find it may work for me. Contrary to what I’ve done before, I am doing quads, calves and glute-hams despite my arthritis. I’ll report back in a few weeks. I go in once a day on this program, which is the real challenge, and I also do my physical therapy every day. After a month or so of that, I’m consulting with doctors on knee replacement.
