A routine with a long run

It seems a routine has been set, one night of yoga, one of body pump, two days in the gym lifting weights and two to three days in the garage with a fast but effective workout.

Tonight I did body pump, last night yoga, and it could feel the difference; I am blasting past sticking points, not feeling overwhelmed, dealing with the burn, and limbering up my poor knees for balance exercises and floor exercises.

The overall effect is salubrious. My expectation is that I can push through the summer and into the fall before the holidays wreck everything.
